15 oz Ricotta cheese

cup Parmesan

oz Mozzarella, shredded

oz lasagna noodles

oz ground meat

tablespoon Olive oil

cup chopped onion

cloves garlic, minced

cup chopped parsley

28oz-cans diced tomatoes

6-oz can tomato paste

teaspoons sugar
2
teaspoons dried basil
1
teaspoon dried oregano

teaspoon black pepper
  1. 1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Cook lasagna noodles as directed & set aside to cool.
  2. 2. In 5-qt dutch oven, heat oil, ground meat, onion, garlic & parsley 10 min til meat is browned.
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 30 min.
  4. 4. In 11 x 13 x 2 in. pan, place 1 C sauce, then layer noodles, Ricotta mixture, sauce, then noodles til used up ending with noodles then sauce. Bake at 350* F for 50 min. Let rest 15 min. before cutting. Serves 12.
