Classic Italian Chopped Salad

Ingredients

bag (5.5 oz) spring mix and baby spinach blend (about 5 cups)

cup drained mild banana pepper rings

medium tomato, seeded, chopped (about 1 cup)

oz salami, chopped (about 3/4 cup)

oz provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 3/4 cup)

cups Caesar-flavored croutons (from 5.5-oz bag)

cup red wine vinegar dressing

  • 1 In large bowl, toss all ingredients except dressing. Pour dressing over salad; toss to thoroughly coat. Serve immediately.
