Classic Green Bean Casserole with Baguette Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 3 cans (14.5 oz each) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 cup Pillsbury™ Italian cheese & herb baguette chips (from 7-oz bag), crushed

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix soup, soy sauce, pepper, bread crumbs and green beans.

    Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir; sprinkle with crushed baguette chips. Bake about 10 minutes longer or until chips are golden brown.

  • Use your favorite cut of green beans in this casserole.
  • This casserole can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated until ready to bake. Don't forget to add a few extra minutes to the bake time since it will be cold when it goes in the oven.
