This was the first time I've ever made a souffle and it was great! I used a round casserole dish, because I don't own a souffle dish, but this was so good I'll be adding that dish to my kitchen collection.

Can be hard the first few times you try it but for a souffle recipe it is very easy. You can easily change the flavor by using different cheeses. I usually use sharp cheddar and love it my daughter likes it bette when I use a milder cheddar.
