Just made a batch of the rolls. Wowee. Just warm from oven they are great, chewy and tasty. Used mild cheddar and ran out of Bisquick, so used 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick and 1/2 cup of regular flour. Worked great. Never made them before, but it's a pretty good bet I'll be making them again.
