Made this for dinner tonight!! Yummy!! Haven't made stroganoff in a long time and this recipe was perfect! Made brussel sprouts for our side dish, perfect!! Used less sodium broth and added a little more pepper and sour cream.

this was my first time making beef stroganoff, and it was delicious. the recipe is very easy, and my husband loved it. i did add a bit more salt, and some pepper..it seemed to need a bit more seasoning. i will also add a bit more garlic next time. but all in all, this is a keeper, and will go into regular rotation at my house!

Made this tonight and it was a hit. Instead of Worcestershire sauce I used about 1/4 of a cup of dry red wine and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. I got the idea from an Atkins diet website. It was awesome!! The kids and husband loved it! Will be making again!

I made this tonight, thought it was great! I used canned mushrooms, and 1large onion I also cut the sour cream down to 1/2 cup, it was plenty, think anymore would have been too much!

To me this was just OK, but DH loved it. Seemed a little bland. Some other seasonings like rosemary or marjoram, maybe? Will try adding them next time, because DH want's a next time! LOL

Fabulous! I have been doing this recipe for years. I only made a small change and that was to double the sauce because it is so good. Everyone sure loves this one.

good basic recipe, works every time. try a couple of tablespoons of prepared horseradish, and a small handful of dried basil leaves.
