Creamy corn bakes into old-fashioned comfort food. This cheesy version is a mainstay for many family gatherings.

We loved this recipe! I cooked it for Christmas Day lunch to go along with our spiral ham and asparagus. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste as good reheated so I had to throw it out when we ate leftovers.

This was a great accompaniment for a ham dinner. I used panko crumbs, and stirred the hot white sauce bit by bit into the eggs. Creamy with a crunchy top.

I tried this recipe out for Thanksgiving and it was liked so much we were asked to bring it to Christmas dinner, too! Easy to prepare and bake while you are fixing other dishes, and very tasty.

I made this for Thanksgiving Dinner. It was very good. I added 1/2cup green bell pepper and 1/4cup red bell pepper, chopped.I cooked them along with the onions. It added to the the taste as well as creating a more appetizing appearance. I liked the bread crumbs also. All in all, it was a wiinner. Will definitely make again.

This was very yummy and a wonderful side next to the turkey and cranberry. The crunchiness of the breadcrumbs on top really pulled it together. I think you could make this recipe ahead of time but I am not so sure about how the consistency will be. I would at least wait to put the breadcrumbs on until you are ready to reheat for the meal so they are nice and crunchy.

Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a total hit! Everyone loved it! 14 yr. old grandson said I could put a candle in it for his next birthday instead of a cake:) He ate almost half the casserole. Only subs were using rice flour and gluten free breadcrumbs for another grandchild who has celiac disease. It was excellent and I will definitely make it again!!

Ummm good! Served family last Christmas with rave reviews and will have for Thanksgiving this year. Added French fried onions to top of pudding for added flavor. A hit with both males and females as well as kids. It reheats well.

This came out so good! There are only 2 of us so I cut the recipe in half and it cooked in half the time. Also I used 1 can of corn since I didn't have the steamed corn. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for such a great recipe!
