I substituted splenda and used light cream cheese with a Graham cracker crust and it can be made with lemon orange cherries any flavor you can think of. I served the lime everybody that tried it said common. then I Booted it up a couple of notches by sweetening up some bakers chocolate squares splenda and margarine and then drizzling the melted stuff on top a crunch followed by a explosion of flavor
