Need a cool citrusy dessert? Make an easy lemon cake using orange juice. You'll love the lemon filling and creamy frosting touched with lemon.

This is an incredible cake! I had issues with the frosting so just used regular white frosting, it tasted just as good.

I made this cake for the fourth of July and it was a hit with the family. My niece told me she wants me to make it for her wedding when she gets married.

I made this cake for my family and they LOVED it. The only subsitution I made was that I used 2 pkgs of instant lemon pudding with 1 cup of milk to put in the center and on the top of the cake before covering with whipped topping. It was very yummy and easy to make!
