I made this over the summer for my husband and myself. It was very good, but I would either tell people to make it for a gathering versus just two people :) But it was VERY GOOD!

I made this today for my husband and kids and it was wonderful. This will become part of my recipe collection and I will be making it again soon. The only downside was the ice cream was melting fast as I was making the individual plates to serve.
