These tasted like they needed apple. So I cut up small pieces of fresh apple into a bow and added a little bit of the streusel and stired it around with a pinch of apple spice then added it to the mix. Nailed it!

Good, but not wonderful. There was nothing wrong with them, they were just on the bland side. On the other hand, they were very easy to make despite that they turned out looking like something I'd spent ages on.

These are great for early meetings at work. If you are the one that needs to bring the food, it is a cheap alternative to Dunkin Donuts or Einsteins.

I tried the Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix and baked it as a breakfast loaf. It was fantastic. Very moist and flavorful, and really easy to prepare. Great anytime.

These are wonderful!!! I took them to a women''s breakfast that my church had on a Saturday and they were gone so quickly, then I turned around on Monday morning and baked 3 dozen for my job and again they were gone in a short time. I sprinkled cinnamon on top before placing in the oven and that gave them that wonderful taste!! MMMMM Good...
