I made these for a "Breakfast for Dinner" potluck. Since my grocery didn't have the Cream Cheese frosting I used the regular Rich & Creamy Vanilla. Loved the cinnamon roll flavor and thought the frosting was perfect!

These were STELLAR cupcakes for movie night! My kids LOVED them! I followed the recipe exactly although I opted to do a homemade cream cheese frosting instead!

Haven't tried yet-but was looking for a recipe to try with the package of cinnamon chips I thought would be yummy to try. That might help boost the cinnamon flavor!

Overall a good tasting cupcake, however I thought the cinnamon flavor could have been a little stronger. I also added some chopped pecans to cupcake mix which made them even better! This recipe is a simple twist to an ordinary cupcake.

These are pretty good cupcakes. They do have that cinnamon roll taste to them but it's not as strong as I expected it to be. It's a good light cupcake.
