I will never attempt these cookies again. The dough was very difficult to roll into the log shape prior to freezing. The dough either stuck to the parchment or cracked as I was rolling it. The cracking caused the cinnamon/sugar mixture to escape, making rolling even more difficult. The cookie logs are currently in the freezer, but they would have to be fantastic for me to consider attempting them again.
