Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Five ingredients and 10 minutes can give you a cup of delicious hot chocolate made from soymilk.

cups light chocolate soymilk

oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped

teaspoons vanilla

teaspoon ground cinnamon
Frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed, if desired

  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat soymilk, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 2 Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low. Simmer 4 minutes, stirring frequently, to blend flavors.
  • 3 Garnish each serving with whipped topping.
