1
cup Bisquick
1/3
cup Milk
2
tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1
tablespoon Cinnamon
1
teaspoon Vanilla Extract
ICING:
1
cup Confectioners Sugar
1
Egg White
1/2

  1. If you are using a rice cooker to steam the dumplings turn it on to preheat it now.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the Bisquick, milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract with a fork. (It is normal for it to be somewhat thick.)
  3. If you are using a rice cooker fill the water container with two cups of water and fill the steam plate with the dumpling mix, and cook 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. If you are using a skillet fill the bottom of the pan with water. Once the water has begun to simmer place the dumplings in the pan in evenly separated balls. Cook uncovered for ten minutes, then place a lid over the pan and cook for another ten minutes.
  5. While you're dumplings are cooking place the confectioners sugar, egg white, and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat with a mixer until fully combined.
  6. Once everything is complete place the dumplings on a large plate and drizzle with icing.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
