Ingredients

3/4: cup sugar

3/4: cup butter or margarine, softened

3: eggs

1 1/4: cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

1/3: cup milk

1/4: cup baking cocoa

3/4: teaspoon baking powder

1: teaspoon salt

1/2: teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350° F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5 inch loaf pan with shortening; lightly flour.
2 In large bowl, beat sugar, butter and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Add remaining ingredients; beat 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
3 Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
