These amazing rolls actually look like apples! They add great fun and good flavor to breakfast or brunch.

it tasted good but it was a lot of work for something that didn''t necessarily resemble an apple. all and all it wasn''t worth it!!

I have had this recipe for many years now. I use it almost every holiday season. These rolls a fairly easy to make, as far as homemade bread goes. I would like for them to be a little more flakey, but I''m not an expert in bread making, so it could be me, not the recipe. I also plan to experiment by adding some cinnamon to the dough itself. My daughter had a blast helping me. It was the first time she has ever helped make bread outside of a bread machine. They make a nice presentation and are pretty tasty, when fresh. Warn your guests that the stems are for presentation only or they will try to lift them by it and the roll will end up on the floor or in someone''s lap.
