Ingredient Substitution
For a "white" chili, leave out the sausage and use 2 pounds of pork. Add a can of great Northern or pinto beans instead of the black beans.
Decided at the last minute to invite some friends over for chili? Stir in an extra can or two of your favorite beans. Each can will increase the number of servings by two.
Finishing Touch
Let everyone add his or her own special touch by passing bowls of shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped avocado, sliced jalapeƱo chilies, chopped onion, sliced ripe olives, chopped fresh cilantro and sour cream.
