I guess it's a common complaint, but they just didn't look good when I made them. I had parts of the brownie break off or stick to the pan in places, and no one understood that they were supposed to be trees.

Made these for my daughter's 12th birthday party. I cut out the trees ahead of time and let the kids frost and decorate them with mini m&m's, sprinkles, and reeses pieces. Kept them busy for a while and when they were finished - had them instead of cake with a side of ice cream!! Great treat!

Awesome Idea. Very Cute. I do suggest to use a different type of brownie mix. When the brownies were done baking it was too thick and fell to pieces because it was so moist. I could'nt even get the brownies out of the pan. If you use a different brownie mix It will turn out wonderful.

This is a great Christmas gift for family and friends.Highly recommended. The colourful balls really do make the brownie look like a beautiful tree.My friends loved it! I couldn''t find the specific Betty Crocker Brownie mix required so I did not follow the recipe.Instead I used Betty Crocker Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch).I found that when it cooled it was extremely difficult to cut the brownies into wedges without them breaking apart.Any suggestions?

These are fabulous and more important, easy! I thought the box of brownie mix would make the trees too thick, so I used the packet of brownie mix. The trees are the perfect thickness. But the icing...waaay too much. I made only half a recipe and still threw out half of it. In my opinion, brownies are rich enough and cannot tolerate much more. The thin layer of icing on mine is perfect. By the way, my family loves these and thinks they''re beautiful!
