This turned out GREAT. I made it up the night before and let it sit, covered, in the frig. Baked it an hour before the time needed and everyone was amazed. I told them it tasted like a supreme pizza...which it did. Used an orange pepper and included an onion and two small zucchini. The taste hit the spot. Used Challah for my bread and didn't use any other extras than what the recipe called for. Be creative. You can't go wrong when you use the basics from this recipe.

Delicious! Everyone loved it. I did modify the recipe somewhat by using 9 eggs instead of 12 and I also added a bit of onion for taste. Will definitely make this again!

I made this recipe for Christmas morning breakfast and it was absolutely WONDERFUL. I only used 10 eggs and it was perfect.. not too eggy. Also, I added slices tomato and cooked potato, which was lovely. I didn't include sausage because my teenager is vegetarian, and it was still filling and tasty. Make sure you mix the bread cubes well into the mixture. This is my new #1 favorite breakfast recipe!

Definitely spray or lightly grease both the pan and the foil over the top as McCord indicates. We like it with only 6 eggs, too, but I just add more eggs depending on the number of people who will be eating it and always use the 1# of sausage and same amount of other ingredients.

we make this recipe often, but don't like it really "eggy". While keeping all the other ingredients pretty much the same, we reduce the eggs to 6, mix them into the 1 cup of milk and pour over the mixture. It has always come out great! Reheats best in the oven instead of microwave.
