Italian noodles go to Mexico when you add spicy chorizo sausage along with ready-to-use canned tomatoes with garlic and onion.

I did not use chorizo..I used Jenny –O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage. I added one green pepper I could only find the tomatoes with the green chiles so I just used that. I would imagine you could use plain diced tomatoes and fresh jalapenos or Serrano peppers as well. Delicious and only 6 ingredients. My kind of recipe!

Great, easy recipe. Tip BC gives you is to use Mild Italian sausage when you can't find the chorizo. Simple meal. But filling and tasty.

This recipe is awesome......chorizo in my area is Portuguese and is readily available in every grocery store. 5 ingredients....what could be better than that? Perfect for busy days......love it!

I love this recipie. Super simple and quick! And it's delicious! I love new pasta recipies that take a break from your average spaghetti and sauce. I used Portuguese CHOURICO, not Spanish Chorizo. Which is very similar to eachother, but in my neck of the woods, chourico is in every store lol.

I agree with Mya. you are suppose to be reviewing the recipe not the nutrition information, which we all can read. I just have to find out who carries that sausage.

Made this tonight and it was excellent! Came together really quickly and the tomatoes really tamed the spice in the chorizo. No changes/alterations made and it was very good! Lots of leftovers! Hooray! To the OP who complained about the salt content: then just dont make it instead of giving it a lousy review!
