Great recipe and everyone loved them. I just wish they had a shorter name. No one believed me when I told them there was potato chips in them so they *had* to have a second just to see. I cut back on the chips just slightly to ensure the caramel reached the cookie level and the squares didn't fall apart.

Very Yummy!! I did change the peanuts to almonds, which was awesome!! I think I will also change the chips to pretzels next time, which someone else suggested. All in all a very good recipe!!!!!

The potato chips make the recipe. Even around a group of calorie conscious girls, these were gone in 10 minutes flat.

I made a batch of these to send to my husband in Iraq and a friend of ours in Walter Reed. They both loved them and begged for more. They are really good.I think when I make them next I might try pretzels broken up to substitute for the potato chips....
