2 1/2: cups Sugar

2 1/2: Cups Flour

3: eggs

1: tsp vanilla

1 1/4: tsp baking soda

2/3: Cup sour milk

Directions

1 Boil 1 1/4 C oleo; 1/4 C water; 5 tbsp cocoa
2 Put mix of oleo, water, and cocoa in with dry mix. Butter a 9x13 pan and pour mix into the pan. Cook at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
3 Icing: Boil: 1 stick oleo 4 tbsp cocoa 1/3 C milk
4 Add: 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 box of powder sugar (about 4 cups). Pour on cake while hot, spread, and let cool.
