I made these last year & they were great. I used regular devils food cake mix. This year I'm going to add some Bailey's to the frosting!

These cupcakes are light and fluffy. And they puff up beautifully - when I opened the oven to take them out, I let out an "Oh, wow!" :) The cake itself is not too sweet, and the contrast of the super sugary vanilla frosting makes for a neat combination.
