These delicious pastries were my dessert for my Valentine's Day dinner with my husband. I made them larger (got 4) and they were delicious, even the next day. Definitely a keeper. Then, for my dentist's birthday I made them again, and realized that the position of the raspberries on the pastry could help shape them into molars! They were cute and fun to give!

I just made these; I cut the sheet in half and tried the method of cutting into squares and "shaping" them on 1/2 the sheet; the other half I used heart shaped cookie cutters. While the cookie cutters prevent you from using all the dough, I thought it was much easier to press 2 hearts together than "shape" squares. The cookie cutter hearts looked much better in the final form, too. I put them in for the minimum 13 mins and I probably could have taken them out 3 mins earlier, could be my oven but might want to watch them closely, or lower the temp. They tasted really good and I would make them again.

These are incredible. Both times I cooked them. One by the recipe and the second time to cut the amount of carbs. On my second batch, to cut the number of carbs, I substituted sugarfree raspberry jam (for the raspberry), and xyithol (alcohol sugar) powdered sugar. And they tasted just as good. And not nearly so hard of a hit carbs wise. Now if Betty Crocker can come out with a high fiber Pillsbury dough (canned) -- I would be very happy. Thank you for this excellent recipe.
