I just made these; I cut the sheet in half and tried the method of cutting into squares and "shaping" them on 1/2 the sheet; the other half I used heart shaped cookie cutters. While the cookie cutters prevent you from using all the dough, I thought it was much easier to press 2 hearts together than "shape" squares. The cookie cutter hearts looked much better in the final form, too. I put them in for the minimum 13 mins and I probably could have taken them out 3 mins earlier, could be my oven but might want to watch them closely, or lower the temp. They tasted really good and I would make them again.
