I've wanted to try this for a long time and finally gave it a shot thinking that it was too easy to come out well. I'm happy to tell you that it was really quite good. It sort of made us think of a pudding cake but with fruit to make it "gooey". Really simple. This will be my new go to recipe or some variation of it for get togethers and company. Vanilla ice-cream is a definite must!!

Awesome! Served with whipped cream and a cold glass of milk, but a little vanilla ice cream would have been better. Will make again!

Yes, this is very rich but exceedingly yummy. Husband also loved it! What could be simpler than 3 ingredients and a baking dish.

I don't care much for canned pie filling, so I added a fairly large bag of frozen mixed berries to the large can of mixed berry pie filling. I threw them together in a bowl and let them thaw for a bit before pouring them into the baking dish. I also had to bake for an extra 15-20 min for the dough to set, but that's more of an issue with my oven. I served with whipped cream I made using only whipping cream and a touch of vanilla. I think the addition of the frozen berries and non-sweetened whipped cream made the sweetness for this dessert just right! I get compliments like crazy every time I make it and it's so, so easy!

I couldnt find the chocolate cookie mix so I just used regular chocolate chip cookie mix. Used chocolate icecream with this. Hubby gobbled it up. Canned rasp was that tasteful but was a very easy dessert. Will definately make again!

Cooking time was too short-had to increase by 15 min to get dough done. Too, too sweet! Inedible-will not make again for sure.

Wonderful. Made this on Valentine's. Husband doesn't like anything fruity, but he raved about this dessert. I don't like canned pie filling- mixed 1/2 pint fresh raspberries with little sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch. Heat til berries break down. Worked perfectly. 'Funny' to share: I mistakenly bought 'no sugar added' vanilla ice cream to top this decadent cobbler. Delicious!!

It was too sweet. I used to make these sorts of desserts with cake mixes and I might prefer that. I used cherry pie filling which wasn't very flavorful but I would still increase the pie filling by doubling it. It looked good in the picture but the taste wasn't worth the amount of sugar and fat a serving contains.
