Made these cookies a few nights ago. The dough tasted so yummy. And the cookies were delightful while still hot. But became extremely dense and hard after about an hour of cooling.

My kids helped make these and it was so easy for them. We used red colored sugar in keeping with the Valentine's Day theme and Nestle Crunch in both milk and dark heart shaped chocolate. My family and my daughter's Girl Scout troop loved them. Our cookies weren't salty at all. I did use the Heart Healthy Bisquick.

This is a recipe I have been trying to find for a number of years now. These were always a favorite at Cub Scout events and I have been craving them for a very long time. Try replacing the chocolate with your favorite jam as a thumbprint cookie, or even better Apple Butter makes these scrumptious.

I have made Peanut Butter Blossoms for my family for years. When I saw this I thought I would try it. After reading the reviews I used a "rounded" cup of peanut butter and took out about 1 tablespoon of Bisquick. I also used fat-free milk. The mixture was very easy to work with and my husband said it was the best. As far as a salty taste, I can't figure that one out. Excellent recipe.

I made this recipe several times with kiss choclates. Though good, they are a bit salty for my taste. They are easy and palataable, thus three spoons, which I consider average. For barely more effort, I prefer starting from scratch with flour, etc., to avoid the salty taste.
