These are delish! I made a few adjustments, I used my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. when it came to applying the topping, I used my Pampered Chef silicone basting brush and brushed the chocolate mixture on the tops of the cookies, and the used a sifter to sift the powdered sugar on top! Super quick and easy, plus less powdered sugar wasted!

I haven't made these yet, but I feel like this recipe would be missing the crunch factor from the chex. Maybe I'll try crushing chex, potato chips, or pretzal pieces into the cookie dough?

great cookies, very sweet! I used a short cut by using the slice and bake roll cookie dough. Worked just fine.

These taste like puppy chow. I found an easier way to coat them where the cookies wont fall apart on you. 1st lay down some wax paper and then coat it in powdered sugar, lay out cookies and use a rubber spatula and coat the tops with the chocolate. then using the spatula flip the cookies onto the powdered sugar chocolate side down and then coat the other side of the cookie and sift the powdered sugar on top. its easy and less messy. i hope this helps...oh and its a lot quicker cause it takes the chocolate a while to set so u have time to do like a dozen and a have cookies at a time.

I'm really sad to have to give these cookies such a bad review, but the method for making these is absolutely ridiculous. Folding cookies in chocolate and shaking them in powdered sugar... really? I got half way through the coating process and actually thought to myself, why the heck am I doing this?? Do yourself a favor and if you are going to make these just take a spatula and spread a little chocolate on the cookies and toss in powdered sugar. Don't try and do a dozen at a time.
