  • 1 Cut banana into 1-inch chunks. Place banana and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Not quite a smoothie..not quite a milkshake. This is a good base for a protein shake (for women add a heaping scoop of soy protein powder (I recommended Cookies & Cream flavor) available at health stores ex. GNC)
