Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie

Four ingredients are all you need to have this great smoothie ready. Chocolate, peanut, banana and soymilk come together in this chilled beverage.

ripe medium bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch chunks

cups chocolate-flavored soymilk or chocolate-flavored fat-free (skim) milk

tablespoons chocolate topping

tablespoons creamy peanut butter

  • 1 Freeze banana chunks 2 hours.
  • 2 In blender, place frozen banana chunks and remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

To freeze bananas, peel and freeze at least 2 hours or overnight. Or whenever you have a banana that is too ripe to eat, just toss it in the freezer for making this popular shake.
