These were ADORABLE and actually very easy BUT the recipe as it is written, is flawed if you ask me. I am glad I read the frist review because it made me look at the recipe closer. It does not include an egg! I looked at another Betty Crocker sugar cookie recipe I always make and it is close on ingredients but it has an egg in it and you refrigerate for two hours. I deccided to try to alter the recipe and I added an egg and refrigerated for a bunch of hours. The dough was very difficult to work with but I was able to do it and everyone LOVED these cookies! They were so cute and tasted great too! I melted the chips in a glass measuring cup and then placed them in the plastic bag to pipe them. That worked out perfectly. I will definitely make these again next year but with my modifications.

these cookies were not easy to make. the dough was hard to work with, too soft even after I put it in the freezer. The directions for melting the chips in a plastic bag did not work either. Even when I cut a small hole the melted chips came out too thick. I was very disappointed. Next time I will wait until I can read someone elses review.
