Cool mint and rich chocolate make a seductive cookie combo. One cookie batch may not be enough.

These cookies were fun to make, eat, and share. They look impressive on all holiday cookie spreads! I got many compliments on them, and will keep the recipe around for years to come

These are amazing! The cookies themselves are great, a little bit brownie-like, and the creamy mint is what tops it off! Amazing, and am definietely making it again. And to other comments earlier, they looked very good for me just not AS fluffy as they looked on the picture, and they did make four dozen. The mint filling was the perfect amount for all the cookies as well. Also to another comment, homemade things can look like done by food stylists, once i made something that looked better than the picture to my cooking teacher.

I thought they were fine. However I thought I would respond to a couple reviews.I notice comments like these alot. Baking times, seasonings and yield (how many cookies it makes) are usually not written in stone. They are suggestions or averages! I cant speak for everyone but if something is turning black at 10 minutes and it says to bake for 20 I am not leaving it in there. Also recipes "not looking like the picture" need to realize one thing. The pictures of recipes are done by "food stylist" You can look it up but they make them look perfect for a reason.I assumed by now this would be a well known fact but based on many reviews I guess they need to point it out.Items made at home will not look like they are made by food stylists or Food Network.

I made these for Christmas and they were gone within 2 days. They were delicious. We refrigerated them and the mint filling tasted so good cold, almost like a frozen ice cream filling. The cookies definetly didn't turn out like the picture because they were pretty crumbly, but I think the refrigeration helped them stay together better.

I made these to mail to friends, unfortunately they didn''t come anywhere near what the picture looked like. The dough was sticky and hard to work with and the cookies came out flat and crumbly. I even tried refridgrating the dough to make it a little more workable. It still didn''t help. I didn''t even bother with the mint filling because they were so bland and salty.

I made these cookies tonight to take to work tomorrow, I doubled the recipe to make enough so that i could leave some at home for my family. I was only able to get 5 dozen total after doubling. Where i should of atleast gotten 7 dozen. But I also want to say that they are very appealing looking and tasting cookies.

I tried making these once, and they were great! But then about five months later I printed up the recipe again, noticing that it was somewhat different, and ened up with sticky dough. So adding some more ingredients, I stuck them in the oven and came out with flat cookies.:( I followed up with some more tries, but still got the same results.

These cookies are very yummy. They are a little time consuming to make, and I only got 3 dozen instead of 4, but I would still recommend trying them out. Although they take a little bit of time, they are not difficult to make, and make even a novice baker (like me!) look like you know what you''re doing.
