This cookie is amazing! I replaced the mint kisses with raspberry hugs for Valentine's day. I am making this again, that's for sure!

I opted to make this recipe vs the chocolate crinkles because this calls for the unsweetened cocoa, instead of melting the chocolate. This was so easy to make and so delicious! I wasn't sure my guests would like peppermint, so I left that out and just dotted them with red and green chocolates. They are so pretty! They are now added to my Christmas cookie list!

I'm hosting a cookie exchange for Christmas and made several different cookie recipes. I took the cookies to work and this particular cookie was a huge hit. I was told it was possibly the best cook they'd ever eaten, I would agree. It turned out beautiful, looked just like the picture, and tasted wonderful too. I highly recommend this recipe.
