I had a problem getting the cookies off of the pan also so I have very miss shaped cookies. Next time I will use parchment paper and bake longer.

These cookies are so delicious! My friends were skeptical at first due to the marshmallow center, but after indulging in a few cookies they agreed this recipe is a keeper. I am returning to make it a second time. (I just found this a month ago!) Not to mention it was easy to make - just follow the recipe. I love the chocolate fudge-like frosting. Thanks!

What a great new cookie for our Christmas baked goodies. I just made these cookies tonight and they are easy to make (followed the recipe exactly), they look just like the picture and taste just like rocky road fudge. I will definitely be baking these again. Thank you for a great recipe.

Great cookies! I made these for a work cookie exchange. They are definitely a chocolate overload! Followed all the previous tips: buy cookie mix at Target, bake for 8-9 minutes then add marshmallows and cook 1-2 min more, buy the square marshmallows and save yourself a lot of work, Used ghirardelli chocolate chips, used the small pampered chef scoop to make perfect sized cookies (36 cookies). I had no problem with the icing. I did heat it the entire time on low adding all ingredients constantly stirring to make it smooth. I was really glopping the icing on because others said they had a lot left over. I had to cut down because I almost did not have enough.

Ahh-MAZING! These cookies are wonderful. I made them uniformly sized by using a small ice cream scoop, and also used only half the amount of pecans called for in the recipe. Taking them to a cookie exchange this afternoon!

I omitted the nuts. My first batch using a small cookie scoop spread out and made way too big a cookie, and I had to cook them longer. I tried the recipe again, this time using just 1 TBL of water. The dough was a better consistency and I used a scant TBL of dough and rolled it into a ball, then slightly pressed the ball down, and baked for the time listed. This produced a cookie that looked more like the picture. I used parchment paper and let the cookies set on the sheet at least 2 min. before transferring to a rack. With the addition of the chocolate frosting, these are seriously sweet chocolate cookies.

These are very good and very chocolatey. Love the soft marshmallow between the chocolate! I also had trouble with the cookie being very soft. I added time to the baking but still had to be very careful when removing from cookie sheet. Next time I will try parchment paper to see if it works better. These have a dark chocolate taste so I am going to try milk chocolate chips instead of the semi sweet next time. The only reason I gave a 4 rating is the problem with removing the cookie from the sheet.

These cookies are great. When I couldn't find the BC Double chocolate chunk cookie mix, I substituted with BC chocolate chip cookie mix and added 3 tablespoons Cocoa and 2 teaspoons sugar. The outcome was just the same. Great recipe, Keep up the good work.
