pouch Betty Crocker® double chocolate chunk cookie mix
Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
18
large marshmallows
1
cup hot fudge topping
Betty Crocker® candy sprinkles

Directions

  • 1 Make cookie dough as directed on package. Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes. Cut marshmallows in half using serrated knife. Immediately top each hot cookie with marshmallow cut-side down, pressing down firmly. Cool; place cookies on cooling racks.
  • 2 Microwave fudge topping on High 30 seconds or until warm. Spoon topping over each marshmallow-topped cookie. Top with candy sprinkles.

Delicious cookie. I made one change because I was making these to give away as gifts. The hot fudge topping stayed gooey which was good but too hard to pack safely. I tried melting 1 cup of dark chocolate chips with 1 tbs. water in the microwave for one minute. When this mix was drizzled over the cookie and then sprinkles put on it was much prettier and the topping hardened making them more safe to travel with. Still tasted great!

These cookies are AMAZING! I made some for myself as well as Mother's day and mailed them to my Mom. They were a huge hit and totally easy to prepare.
