After reading the other reviews, I increased the malted milk powder to a full cup, in both the cake & frosting. It is definitely chocolate malt cake now. Not over-powering, but you can taste the malt flavor.

I made this a few weeks ago.. I was kind of disappointed. It was a good chocolate cake, but you couldn't really taste the malt.
