This is so yummy! Instead of Kaluha, I use Caroline's (similiar to Bailey's, but not as expensive)as it adds more flavor to the cake. I like it better... the taste is creamier. Also for 'icing'.... I mix up caroline's, powdered sugar and butter over a low heat, and drizzle over the cooled cake (be generous)...and then, just for the love of nuts, I sprinkle chopped pecans over the icing. Everyone, everywhere loves this cake! The presentation is nice, and the taste .... I haven't heard one complaint yet..:-)
