Ingredients

1: box box (1 lb 3.5 oz) Betty Crocker® Dark Chocolate SuperMoist Cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box

1: pint Heavy Whipping Cream

1 1/2: cups Dark Chocolate Chips

1: tablespoon Irish Cream Liqueur

Directions

1 Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter in
2 While cakes are cooling prepare filling: Whip pint of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in microwave. Mix chocolate with irish cream liqueur until smooth. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
3 Once cakes are cool, use serrated knife to cut domed bottoms off of cakes, and loosen carefully from pans but still leave in pan. Fill pastry bag or plastic bag equipped with long thin pastry nozzle with whipped cream mixture. Take each cake and insert tip of pastry bag and fill each cake in three places. (it is good to know when to stop filling, I usually stop when I see the filling start to gather around the pastry tip. Over filling can make for easy broken cakes)
4 Once all of the cakes are filled remove very carefully from pans placing the flat side down.
5 Melt remaining chocolate chips and then drizzle on top of cakes. Place in refrigerator and chill until chocolate on top is set. Server to friends, family or just yourself!
