These little Gems add a little something extra to the mix. I thought to myself 4 hours prep time. It really wasn't that bad because that 4 hours is for refrigeration time. It was difficult to do in the dimensions mentioned so I winged it, mine was slightly smaller 5 1/2 X 8 (in that area). The layering was easy and the baking time is short so it can go by quickly. (which is good considering how many dzn's there are). I kept to the width so the cookies weren't to thick (it gives it different texture and not as buttery)But all-in-all they were a big hit and very flavorful.
