5: teaspoons boiling water

Directions

1 Heat chocolate and butter in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and water until smooth. Stir in additional boiling water, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.

its good but i think with the resipie as is it tasted a little too much like powderd suger. so i put 2 ounces of chocolate instead of 2:) other than that it was pretty good
