I made this cake for my husbands birthday. Instead of using the chocolate fudge cake I bought Decadent Supreme Chocolate Mousse cake and made three layers. I used the mousse to frost the middle layers and frosted with whipped milk chocolate icing before topping with the Ganache. It was incredible!!! Like something you'd buy from a high end bakery. Thanks Betty!

It was easy to make and looked extra special with the ganache topping and crushed candy (I used Andes mints), but it didn't taste anywhere near as great as it looked. It was a good cake, but not extraordinary.

This cake is absolutely awesome! I made this for a get together. It was so easy to make and it came out exactly as in the picture. Instead of topping it with Toffee, I topped it with fresh raspberries. I just love chocolate and raspberries together. Everyone raved about it and I must say it was one of the best cakes I have ever made! Definitely a keeper!
