This recipe was easy to make but did not taste good at all. I was expecting a cake like texture for the bottom but it was grainy and gross. Someone commented on the frosting being difficult but I had no problems with it at all, it just didn''t taste good.

Too time consuming.... 2 hrs!The chocolate frosting was not enough to cover the bars.

Very yummy, even the family members who don''t like mint, liked these. Very time consuming, but simple to make. Make sure to leave yourself enough time to make these.

The brownie part of the recipe came out fine, actually very good. Nice, moist and dense. BUT the frosting was horrible. I followed the directions to the "t", but it came out hard and pasty. Not even enough to cover the whole pan. Next will use choco. candy bars to melt on top.

This bars turned out great! One change....the order you are to make the bars. MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER FIRST!! I didn''t realize it had to sit for around 15 minutes (I never read recipes before I make something because usually they are in a logical order), so I wasted precious time. The second time I made them, the order was 1) melt chocolate and butter, let cool; 2) make cream cheese mixture; 3) add final ingredients to cooled chocolate/butter. This way makes a lot more sense, instead of being at a stand-still like I was the first time I made it. Other than that, the bars are great!

This recipe was absolutely delicious! The texture was to die for. The only thing I didn''t like about it was the kind of mint that I used, it tasted funny. My brother suggested that I use a different kind of filling. I tried a peanut butter mixture and it was great!
