The recipe is awesome, but I use the Taster's Choice single serving instant packages for the coffee and the variety packs of different kinds of chocolate covered espresso beans that can be found at Harry and David. I ALWAYS keep the ingredients on hand. These brownies are never a miss. PERFECT dessert for whenever I have company coming or just want to treat MYSELF for a change. People think I'm some kind of gourmet chef when they see all the different kinds of chocolate together...

The brownies are delicious, but the instructions that came with the recipe via my emailed newsletter didn''t match the ingredients. No prob, just mixed it up like I thought it ought to be. Instant espresso powder was unavailable in my small town groceries, so I substituted finely ground espresso beans. Probably not as much coffee flavor as with the powder, but still very good.
