Ingredients

2: cups egg nog

1/2: cup milk

6: ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

1: ounce (envelope) unflavored gelatin

1: cup heavy whipping cream

1: graham cracker crust

Directions

1 warm egg nog to almost simmer on stove. Keeping heat low, Add chips, stirring to melt.
2 dissolve gelatin in milk and stir into egg nog. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. remove from heat and cool until room temp and slightly thickened.
3 beat whipping cream and then gently fold into egg nog mixture. Pour into graham cracker shell and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour
