Enjoy the taste of coffee shop biscotti at home! Best of all, there's no waiting in line for these chocolate-dipped crisp orange cookies.

This is now my absolute favourite cookie!! I have added it to my extensive repertoire of Christmas cookies, although I bake it several times throughout the year as well. The orange flavour gives it a distinct taste, which I love. I usually omit the chocolate dipping, as I prefer it without, but for those chocolate lovers, it is an excellent accompaniment!

This is a very good biscotti recipe. I had to do a little rearranging to use the ingredients I had on hand. Instead of the orange peel I used anise seed; for the vanilla I used 1/2 almond extract and 1/2 vanilla and for the egg product I had to use whole eggs (2). When I got down to the total flour had used all of the flour I had on hand so made up the difference with Bisquick. Worked out great!
