About 1 cup frosting

oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped

teaspoon butter or margarine

cup powdered sugar

to 2 tablespoons boiling water
  1. In 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Beat with spoon until smooth. Beat in additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until spreadable.
