Absolutely YUM. Confession, I did not use GF Bisquick, but regular instead. The cookies were so easy to make, supurbly tasty with an almost fudgy texture and remained fairly soft for days.

Made these for my husband who doesn't normally like chocolate much. But he really like these. They are easy to make. They make a big batch and store very well also.

Really good cookie. Stays soft for longer than I expected. The one downside is a tiny bit of a sandy aftertaste texture. I think if you let them sit in the fridge longer, a lot of that would go away.

These were just ok. I was expecting a little bit more since I've used the GF Bisquick for pancakes and I think the pancakes are some of the best GF products around. These cookies have that familiar GF gritty taste and they weren't rich enough. I'm disappointed I wasted my GF Bisquick on these.

Very delicious cookie and not difficult to make. I liked the texture and it did not crumble apart. Many of my family members who are not Celiacs enjoyed this cookie as much as I did. Thank heavens for GF Bisquick!
