I have made these so many times and I love it. If you don't like Betty Crockers recipe with the cheesecake, then make your own and follow the details on how to dip them. They are delicious. I also put just a touch of rasberry or carmel on top of the cheesecake before I dip them. Make sure you freeze them first after you cut them. It will help. Chocolate is slightly warm. So freezing them will help much better I have found.

DO NOT USE THIS RECIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made these for a BBQ with friends and family. I love Betty Crocker but this recipe was awful! The cheesecake itself had an odd taste that wasn't very appealing. The chocolate was very hard to apply. I never write these types of reviews but I feel that this was necessary. The concept was amazing but they were AWFUL. I made no subsitutions.

I loved these! I brought them over to my boyfriends house for a family barbecue and they were gone in seconds! I only altered a few things - i squeezed orange juice instead of using peel, I did not incorporate pecans and I did not dip them in chocolate. I will be dipping them in chocolate for the next time I make them, but I bet they will still taste delicious! Definitely something worth baking:)
