I liked this cake a lot - it was a little dense for me - I think I may have added too much flour though. Overall the taste was great! It was a little big so I had one or two slices leftover but it was delicious!

This cake was just the right size for several small portions. The texture was moist and light and the little bit of cinnamon gave it an extra "something". I brought it to my Sister''s house and my Nephews (10 & 12) both really liked it! We topped it with ice cream, redi-whip, chocolate sauce and a few colored sprinkles.Will make again!
