Orange Cream
3/4
cup whipping cream
2
tablespoons powdered sugar
2
tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Waffles
2
cups Original Bisquick® mix
2
tablespoons powdered sugar
2
tablespoons grated orange peel
1 1/3
cups milk
2
tablespoons vegetable oil
1
egg
1/2
cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  1. In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar with electric mixer on high speed just until soft and fluffy. Beat in juice concentrate until blended. Refrigerate while making waffles.
  2. Heat waffle iron. (Waffle irons without a nonstick coating may need to be brushed with vegetable oil or sprayed with cooking spray.) In medium bowl, mix all waffle ingredients except chocolate chips with wire whisk or fork until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. For each waffle, pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron. (Check manufacturer's directions for recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle iron. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Serve waffles with orange cream.

Quick Tip:
To keep waffles warm until serving time, place them in a single layer on a wire rack or paper towel-lined cookie sheet in a 350° F oven for up to 20 minutes. Just make sure you don't stack warm waffles because they will become soggy.
